TEAM OF STARS
People are social living beings. He has been part of a group since the day he was born. He has been a member of a family, an ethnicity, a group of friends, or a workgroup in business life.
On the first day, you step into business life, you become part of a team. Sometimes it is a large community, as an employee of a holding, sometimes you have a small team like your colleagues in a room with whom you spend the day. Everybody can be in a team, but can they adapt to it? We like to belong to a group and that gives us confidence, but at the same time, we always have our own limits. Sometimes we like to make decisions or act individually. So, how do we handle this?
We shouldn't forget that belonging to a team always improves us and it has opportunities to teach us new things. It is always difficult to do what we do not know or have had experienced before. But in a job where you think like "teamwork makes the dream work", you put a stone, your teammate puts a stone and you see that you build a skyscraper. Therefore, ideas that are started by sharing will be realized more quickly. Maybe you will be successful in a business that you started on your own effort, but your loss of time, material, and spirituality can wear you out. For example, you have a new restaurant. You cannot be both a cook, a waiter, and a cashier in that restaurant. You always need a team.
Being part of a team creates psychological confidence. Team means diversity, which means that even though there are different ideas, sometimes even ideas that you think would be unacceptable or ridiculous, it is an environment where you can comfortably discuss. Because of this, individuals should trust each other and make each other feel comfortable that a joint decision will be made at the end of each discussion. This is not just an idea. Sometimes you have a lot of workloads and your friend will support you or you are very sick and cannot come to work, but it is always a relief to know that there is someone who will not let you down and make things easier for you. Sometimes being a team makes it easier to take risks. You go through a radical change together, or you try to cover over the cracks together. This sense of loyalty and trust of teams that rely on each other brings along growth.
Team means running towards a common goal together. Every team has a purpose and a vision they have acquired. The purpose of this is to instill the phenomenon of togetherness and to eliminate individuality. The number in the team may decrease or increase by joining new individuals. This goal phenomenon becomes a tool for the new member of the team to create the idea of being attached to the team. Sometimes the success of a team for a strategic plan depends on individual success. For example, the general manager will make a presentation to another company for the sale of a product. Although many people are involved until the sale of the product, the realization of the sale depends on the general manager's ability to market the product. Even though we don't feel like part of a team every day, having common goals will bring us together at some point. So, it will instill a group identity in us. Being a good group will increase both individual performance and company performance. Thus, you will be a "team of stars".
